ANALOG PHONES
To Answer a Specific Extension
1. Listen for the dial tone, then press *75.
2. Dial the extension number of the ringing station.
Group Pickup [ALL]
Group Pickup allows you to answer a call on any primary or secondary line within your call
pickup group.
SIP PHONES
To Answer a Call in Your Pickup Group
Press the pre-programmed Group Pickup button.
If your phone does not have a programmed Group Pickup button, dial *74.
DIGITAL PHONES
To Answer a Call in Your Pickup Group
1. Press the pre-programmed Group Pickup button. If your phone does not have a
programmed Group Pickup button, dial *74.
2. Speak to caller.
ANALOG PHONES
To Answer a Call in Your Pickup Group
Listen for the dial tone, then press *74.
