Why is my virtual access GW1000M performance slow?

  Slow router performance can be due to poor 4G/3G signal strength. To check the signal strength, go to Status > Mobile Stats from the Start page. Try moving the GW1000 to a location with better reception and then check the signal strength again.

How to fix 'I cannot access the GW1000' issue on my virtual access Network Router?

  If you cannot access the GW1000, it might be due to an incorrect IP address or subnet configuration on your PC. To resolve this, change the IP on your PC to connect to the GW1000 on 192.168.100.1/24. Also, check the config LED status; a flashing light indicates it's running its factory configuration. If the light is solid, press and hold the reset button for 3 to 15 seconds, then release it.
