The difference between PMP + roaming: pre-empt enabled and disabled is setting one
option parameter. To disable pre-empt, enter:
uci set multiwan.config.preempt=0
uci commit

The roaming interface configuration file is stored in the mobile package
/etc/config/mobile. To view the mobile package, enter:
