Zero Torque Error” on page 128.
Symptom: Runtime errors while using or installing
Vitals Desktop.
1. User account related
• Lacking user account privileges
• Log in to computer as Administrator
2. Vitals desktop related
• Did not install correctly. Reinstall Vitals Desktop
Symptom: Runtime error shows up after doing a data
transfer: Runtime error 53: File not found: rapi.dll.
1. Windows Mobile Device Center
• WMDC is not installed or is corrupted on PC. Install
WMDC 6.1 by downloading it from the Microsoft
Website.
Symptom: Runtime error shows up after trying to
launch Vitals Desktop: Runtime error 75: Path\File
access error
1. User account related
• Lacking user account privileges
• Log in to computer as Administrator
• Run Vitals Desktop as Administrator
