INTRODUCTION
The WDR series consist of 16-channel, 9-channel, and 4-channel Digital Video Recorders
(DVRs). This manual describes how to configure and use the WDR series devices.
For hardware information and related recommendations and precautions refer to the WDR
Quick Installation Guide.
NOTE
Certain setup and configuration details are different for 4-channel,
9-channel, and 16-channel DVRs. Generally in such cases details for a
16-channel DVR are presented, for example, a screen capture will
show-channels 1-8 and 9-16.
CHAPTER SUMMARIES
+ Chapter 1: Introduction, describes the package contents, supported client software,
system architecture, and technical specifications. Manual conventions and technical
support information is also provided.
+ Chapter 2: System Setup, describes system setup options and procedures.
