4. Mailbox Management
Copy
This feature allows you to copy the selected document to another
mailbox.
1. Select Copy.
2. Select a mailbox to which a document will be copied and
select Save.
NOTE: If a password is set for the mailbox, the password
entry screen appears. Enter the password and select
Confirm. Ask the System Administrator for the password.
NOTE: If the mailbox is full, the document cannot be copied
to that mailbox.
 Document List
The Copy to Mailbox-Document List screen displays.
