Mailbox
This page allows you to create and edit mailboxes.
Mailbox icons
Clicking the icon of a registered mailbox displays the [Mailbox Document List] page for
that mailbox.
Mailbox Number
Displays the mailbox numbers. Clicking the number of a registered mailbox displays the
[Mailbox Document List] page for that mailbox.
Filing
Options
Document
Name
Displays the document name.
Document
Format
Displays the file format to use when saving scanned data.
Edit Displays a page where you can edit the [Filing Options]
settings.
NOTE: Some of the following options may not be
available depending on other settings.
Document Name
Enter the document name.
Document Format
Allows you to specify the file format to use when saving
scanned data. The following options are available.
• PDF Images - One or More Images per File
• TIFF - File for Each Page
• mTIFF - One or More Images per File
• XPS - One or More Images per File
NOTE: For a description of each option, refer to the
Scan/E-mail chapter in the User Guide.
Report
options
Confirmation
Sheet
Displays whether generation of confirmation sheets is
enabled or disabled.
Job Log Displays whether generation of job logs is enabled or
disabled.
Edit Displays a page where you can edit the [Report options]
settings. Select whether or not to generate confirmation
sheets and/or job logs.
Compression
Capability
Edit Click this button to newly configure or edit the file
compression capability settings. Select whether to enable
or disable the following compression formats. You can
enable multiple compression formats at once.
The default is [CCITT Group 4 (G4 MMR)]. JBIG2 is
available for PDF data only.
