2. Press the main power switch to the off position.
3. Close the front cover.
Assigning a Network Address
If the network uses a DHCP server, the printer automatically acquires a network address.
To assign a static IP address, configure DNS server settings, or configure other TCP/IP
settings, refer to the System Administrator Guide at www.xerox.com/support. Enter Xerox
550/560/570 Printer in the Search or Choose field for the specific type of printer you
use.
