NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the engine in
order to remove the following components.

Cylinder head
●
Cylinder
●
Piston
●
Clutch
●
Kickstarter shaft and shift shaft
●
Oil pump
●
Generator
1.Remove:
●
Seat
●
Fuel tank
Refer to the “SEAT, FUEL TANK” section in
CHAPTER 3.
WARNING
Securely support the motorcycle so there
is no danger of it falling over.
ENGINE OIL
1.Remove:
●
Drain plug
Refer to the “ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT”
section in CHAPTER 3.
EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
1.Remove:
●
Bolts (right footrest bracket)
●
Right footrest bracket
