Timing chain tension installation steps:
●
Turn the stopper clockwise.
●
Hold the stopper with the bolt

●
Install the tensioner with a new gasket into
the cylinder.

4.Tighten:
●
Bolt (camshaft sprocket)
5.Check:
●
Alignment marks
If the marks do not align
→
Adjust.
6.Adjust:
●
Valve clearance
Refer to the “VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUST-
MENT” section in CHAPTER 3.
7.Install:
●
Tappet cover
●
Camshaft sprocket cover
8.Install:
●
Spark plug
●
Carburetor joint
