Replacement Procedures for the High-Capacity Output Hopper
Procedures: Platen Roller
Installation
Step 1. Place the roller bearing onto the platen.
Step 2. From the inside of the stacker assembly, place the belt onto the drive motor
gear.
Step 3. While still holding the belt, insert the roller gear into the belt and place it into
the latching mechanism—make sure the nylon spacer is in place opposite
the roller.
Step 4. Secure the base cover and latch assembly to the stacker assembly using the
four (4) screws.
Step 5. Reinstall the left side panel; see “Installation” on page 307.
