Replacement Procedures for the Printer

Step 3. For printers with a Mag Encoder and/or Smart Card Encoder: Disconnect
connectors J112 and/or J4 (arrows below). Note that these connectors have
locking tabs; use a small Flat-blade screwdriver to unlock the tabs.

Step 4. Disconnect connectors J5 and J7 from the FLIPPER MODULE PCBA (arrows
below).

Step 5. With a 5.5-mm nut driver, remove ground wires from the L-shaped ground
plate (circled above).
