Replacement Procedures for the Printer
Procedures: Main PCBA
Firmware Update
Step 1. Download the latest firmware from the Zebra web site (www.zebra.com)
under Support & Downloads.
Step 2. Use the ZXP Toolbox (accessible from Printer Preferences) to update the
printer firmware.
Step 3. Select Firmware and Lookup Tables from the menu list.
Step 4. Click Browse.
Step 5. In the file open dialog, locate the firmware (BIN file type) that was
downloaded in Step 1.
Step 6. The update process will begin automatically—do not close the Toolbox
window or turn o the printer until the update is complete.
