Replacement Procedures for the Printer
Procedures: Print Engine
Step 2. With a Flat-blade screwdriver, rotate the slot 90o counter-clockwise to
unlock the Printhead Latch.
Step 3. Slide the Latch out of the housing, and remove the Spring.
Printhead Lift Spring Assembly
Step 1. Remove the eight screws holding the Printhead Front Cover in place. Note
the in-lb torque dierence for Steps a and b.
a. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the “outside” four screws.
