Replacement Procedures for the Printer
Procedures: Print Engine
Step 5. Remove the Door Open Sensor, and set it aside.
Printhead Back Cover
Step 1. Remove the screw holding the cable harness anchor in place.
Step 2. Cut the cable ties as required to free the cable harness.
Step 3. Disconnect J5 (printhead power) and J29 (printhead data) from the Main
PCBA.
Step 4. Disconnect the Cooling Fan.
Step 5. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the four screws holding the Printhead Back
Cover in place.
Step 6. Remove the Printhead Back Cover.
