Replacement Procedures for the Printer
Procedures: Print Engine
Step 7. Set the Front and Back Covers aside.
Ribbon Spindles
Step 1. Open the Print Cover.
Step 2. Remove the Ribbon Drawer.
Step 3. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the screws holding the Spindles in place.
When replacing the screws, use Loctite 242. In the figure below, parts have
been removed for clarity.
