Unpacking and checking the delivery
1. Open the option package.
2. Make sure that the package contains:
• CMOD-02 multifunction extension module
• mounting screw
3. Make sure that there are no signs of damage.
Installing the module
See chapter Installing option modules on page 132.
Electrical installation
Warnings
WARNING! Obey the instructions in chapter Safety instructions on page 13. If
you ignore them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur. If you
are not a qualified electrician, do not do electrical work.
Make sure that the drive is disconnected from the input power during
installation. If the drive is already connected to the input power, wait for
5 minutes after disconnecting the input power.

• Screwdriver and a set of suitable bits
• Cabling tools
