2.2 Preparations
2.2.1 Recommendations for mounting
Chemical anchor bolts are recommended for securing the track motion to the floor.
However, the mounting bolts are not supplied as these must be selected based on
foundation material.
Mounting bolts
Choose mounting bolts so that they:
• Are suitable for the foundation.
• Can withstand the dynamic loads.
• The bolts must be able to bear the combined dynamic loads that can occur when
the manipulator and carriage move.
• Fit the holes in the stand, Ø24 mm
Hole configuration
The stand's ground plates have holes with a diameter of 24mm.
The table shows the value of N in the figure above with different travel lengths.
