Fitting connection exchange
For a
Bacosol valve:
 T ighten the 4 screws diagonally .
T ightening torque is 1.5 Nm.
For a Minisol valve
 T ighten the 2 screws.
T ightening torque is 0.6 Nm.
To avoid deforming the electrovalve
shaft during sizing/tightening of
fittings and coil
assembly: the method
described
must be followed.
 Use a vice to handle the valve block.
 Spread the glue (Loctite 542).
 Install and fasten the fitting. W ipe
the
excess glue.

After having u n s c r e w e d the faulty f i tt i n g :
- Remove all traces of glue on valve i n s e r t ,
- L a y a little glue ( L o c t i t e no. 542) around
the threaded nozzle of new fitting
- Take care not to block with glue the bottom
of
i n s e r t valve.
