Measurement IDMeasurement ID
The Measurement ID is a 1-byte value used by the
sender of the request when the response is received
to distinguish between different measurements.

A time stamp data which information is specified by
Action Type.
Compensation ValueCompensation Value
When Action Type is set to 0x00 (Request), 0x02
(Response) or 0x05 (Follow_Up) in the message, this
field will contain the ‘Compensation Value’ which is
the compensation time measured in nanoseconds
and multiplied by 2
