identification of the acknowledge response.

The Sequence Number is a 1-byte value that is
incremented each time the transmitter sends the
“Event Indication” with Event Type set to 0x00
(Fault(s) Indication).

Selecting the checkbox enables to edit Message Header which locates between
Common Header and payload. When the checkbox is not selected, no Message
Header is added.
