Twistgrip position sensor

The retainer points of the electric fan
are not the same as the hole (2), com-
pared to the holes (1), has a different
thickness and is therefore fixed from
the internal side using a threaded "T"
bushing.
•
Now it is possible to remove the electric fan.
Coolant replacement
•
Remove both fairings.
•
Place a container with a suitable ca-
pacity under the coolant pump.
•
Remove the radiator cap/valve to help
the fluid drain out.
•
Unscrew and remove the system drain
screw and retrieve the sealing washer.
•
Wait for the entire circuit to drain (en-
gine+pipes+radiator)
•
Refit the system drain screw complete
with a new washer.
FILLING
•
Via the filler orifice on the radiator, fill with the quantity of coolant (approx. 2.2 l - 0.48 UK
gal) necessary to reach the edge.
•
Fit the cap / valve.
