5.4 Table of errors and possible actions

The machine is connected to the electricity supply
and some components are live.
Error Possible cause/Action
The display is black Check the circuit breaker
The electronics unit is not working.
The machine stops and the
lamp at lights up and error
code F7 appears
Overheat cutout has tripped because:
• the temperature sensor is set too high
• the temperature sensor is not working
• of foaming agent in the steam generator
• blockage in the pipe to the steam generator
Elements in the steam generator are coated with limescale or are not
working.
Error in relay (K02) to steam generator.
Error in the electronics unit
The lime deposits in the dosing pump are hindering delivery of
detergent because:
• The check valve on the steam generator is not working
• The dosing pump is not working / hose needs replacing.
• Air leak
A yellow, green or red lamp
does not light up.
The respective bulb has blown. Test the function by cutting the power
and then turning it back on with the isolator switch. All lamps must
light up and the buzzer must sound.
The machine does not clean
the items.

The rotating nozzles are not turning.
Check that the items have been loaded correctly and the right holder
is being used.
