Ref. Item Description/Possible Settings
Enables the user to configure the use of the selected Remote I/O Unit Analogue
Input as Programme Selector. The analogue input is connected to a 12-way
switch, where each switch position can be configured to route a different input to
a group of outputs.
135 Selector
Having chosen this option, the user then identifies which outputs are routed:
<OUTPUT nn> ‘Not Selected’ or ‘Selected’
Having configured the outputs, the user then associates an input to a position on
the Programme Selector:
Position-nn ‘Not-Conf’ or <INPUT nn>
Position-nn: 01 to 12
<OUTPUT nn>: List of 8 output names.
<INPUT nn>: List of Slave Unit audio source names: 8xMic/Line
inputs+1xMusic input+Mute input+4xDVA inputs.
Default values:
‘Not Selected’ and ‘Not-Conf’
Enables the user to configure the use of the selected Remote I/O Unit Analogue
Input as Volume Control. The analogue input is connected to a 12-way switch
volume control, where each switch position modifies the volume in respect of
group of outputs, and a group of inputs.
136 Volume
Having chosen this option, the user then identifies the outputs affected by the
Volume Control:
<OUTPUT nn> ‘Not Selected’ or ‘Selected’
Having chosen this option, the user then identifies the inputs affected by the
Volume Control:
<INPUT nn> ‘Not Configured’ or ‘Configured’
<OUTPUT nn>: List of 8 output names.
<INPUT nn>: List of Slave Unit audio source names: 8xMic/Line
inputs+1xMusic input+Mute input+4xDVA inputs+ list of
Audio Control Unit audio source names.
Default values:
‘Not Selected’ and ‘Not Configured’
Enables the user to configure the selected Remote I/O Unit (BMB01) analogue
input as external fault input.
137 Fault
Having chosen this option, the ‘Desc.’ sub-menu is displayed.
Default value:
‘CONTACT FAULT’
Enables the user to associate the ambient noise sensor (ANS) connected to the
selected Remote I/O Unit Analogue Input with one or more outputs where the
gain is modified in response to changes in the ambient noise.
138 Ans
Having chosen this option, the user then identifies the outputs affected by the
ANS:
<OUTPUT nn> ‘Not Selected’ or ‘Selected’, where: nn=1 to 8
Default value:
‘Not Selected’
It is possible to assign multiple (up to 12) ANS sensors to a single Router
output provided that they are connected to the same Remote I/O Unit
(BMB01). Where this is done the highest of the received ANS values is
used.
