To change a participant's privileges:
Note:
• A participant with 'host' privileges can perform every action: far mute, mute all, remove,
etc.
• A participant with 'attendee' privileges can only add participants, no more.
• 'host' privileges is relevant only to Skype for Business users rather than - for example - to
PSTN/mobile calls.
3. In the Conference screen, touch the participant whose privileges you want to change, e.g.,
Hilary, and then touch the Call Menu softkey.
4. In the Call Menu screen that opens, navigate to and select the Make Hilary attendee option.
The participant's privileges will change to 'attendee' privileges.
To mute all participants:
In the Conference screen, touch the Mute All softkey -or- touch the Call Menu softkey and
in the Call Menu screen that opens, navigate to and select Mute All.
