4.6 Counter Inputs
The pulse counters can process 1-phase or 2-phase input signals with or without
reference pulse. The pulse counter is realized in a programmable gate array.
The input circuits are shown below to help you choose the appropriate input for
each sensor type.
4.6.1 Input Circuit for Digital Input
Both digital inputs can be used for counter funtionality or as standard digital
inputs. The pin assignment above applies to X17 and X18.
