4.7 Frequency Outputs
4.7.1 Block Diagram
The pin assignment above applies to X15 and X16.
The output frequency and the duty cycle can be varied over a wide range. In
practical operation, only one of the two quantities would be varied - the other
quantity would remain unvaried.

Example
The desired analog value (demand engine speed of 900 – 8000 rpm) is mapped
to a duty-cyle range of 5 % to 95 %. The frequency is set to 1 kHz.
