11.7 Auth orization to clear security warning on the projector
When is an authorization required to clear the security warning?
If a module on the Input & Communication side has been removed or if the sealed compartm ent has been opened, an authorization
will be r equired to clear the security war ning.
Necessary tools
• Security key (D allas iButton®).
• Authorization pin code.
Authorization procedure to clear security warning
1. Ensur e that all mo dules on the Input & C om munica tion panel are properly installed.
2. Start up the projector (standby mode).
3. Initiate authorization by ho lding the security key in the security socket D..

Keypad
The color of the backlight of the numeric keys 1 to 6 of the loc al keypad changes from blue to yellow.
4. Enter pin code within 5 seconds. Maximum five (5) attem pts permitted.
- In c ase no keys are pressed, the color of the backlight of the numeric keys 1
to 6 changes back to blue.
-Incaseofanincorrect cod e entry, the color of the bac klight of the num eric keys cha nges to red for 1 second and then back
to blue.
- Incaseofacorrect code entry, the color of the backlight of the numeric keys 1 to 1 0 changes to green for 1 seco nd and
then back to blue.
Each attempt to clear the security warning and its result (successfully or unsuccessfully) is logged inside the
projector.
