Measurement frequency, measurement repeat time and response time
A complete measurement cycle of the sensor consists of the following steps:
1. Exposure and read out
2. Calculation
3. Output of the measured values
Process steps are executed in parallel to increase measuring speed. The illustrations below de-
scribe two situations: Measurement rate limited by exposure time (fig.1) and measuring rate lim-
ited by calculation time (fig.2):
