8.2.1 Header
The header is found in the top section of the user interface. The header is always visible, no
matter which mode is currently applied.

Sensor name (part number code)
Expert Mode

Activation/deactivation of the expert mode.
n
In the expert mode, more complex functions and parame-
ters become visible that require a deeper understanding of
measurement physics and the applied algorithm. The ex-
pert mode can be activated and deactivated at any time.

Call up the context help.
Parameter Setup
n
Select the desired parameter setup.
n
Changes take effect immediately. However, the changes
must be stored in the parameter setup to be available after
a restart of the sensor.
Unsaved Parameters
n
Message that a change has not been stored yet.
n
Button for requesting support via e-mail.
n
Display of sensor type and serial number.
n
Link to the Baumer website.
