Maintenance Flowchart
Figure 7-1 is a flowchart illustrating the maintenance procedures for this
pump. The appropriate sections of the operational checkout should be
performed after any repairs are performed on the pump. Any problems
discovered while performing the operational checkout should be corrected
using the troubleshooting procedures discussed in this chapter. Once a
problem has been isolated to a single assembly, the assembly must be
replaced in accordance with the disassembly procedures provided in Chapter
8, “Removal/Replacement Procedures”. The pump should then be calibrated
as described in Chapter 9, “Calibration”. After all maintenance procedures are
complete, perform the operational checkout in Chapter 10, “Operational
Checkout”.
