fuel-air
mixture

the
intake passages

the engine.
Setti.ngs are reflected by readings
on the
manifold pressure gage.
This
control requests
the
propeller
governor
to
maintain
engine/
propeller rpm
at
a selected value
by c•mtrolling propeller blade angle.
This control is used to set
fuel
flow
in
all
modes
of
operation
and cuts
off
fuel completely
for
engine
shut
down.
