> Select the needle size (2) of the inserted needle.

Attaching the stitch plate
The stitch plate (CutWork/Straight, supplied accessory) has a small needle hole in the needle insertion area.
The thread is pulled in and knotted optimally which results in an optimized stitching result.
> Push the button «Feed dog up/down» to lower the feed dog.
> Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power supply system.
> Remove the needle.
> Remove the presser foot.
> Press the stitch plate down at the mark back right until it flips up.
> Remove the stitch plate.
> Place the openings of the stitch plate (CutWork/Straight, supplied accessory) above the corresponding
guide pins and press down until it clicks into place.
Selecting the stitch plate in the User Interface
After having changed the stitch plate, it can be checked whether or not it is suitable to be used together
with the selected needle.
> Touch the icon «Stitch plate selection».
