What to do if Burstner Caravan coupling does not lock?

If the coupling of your Burstner Caravan does not lock, it may be due to several reasons. First, check if the ball is larger than Ø 50 mm and remove any dirt. Another cause may be soiled coupling interiors that no longer work automatically, so you should clean and lubricate it (but not the stabilizer). Also, position the caravan and towing vehicle in the same direction and detach. If the ball is worn, replace it immediately.
