10.2 Water tank
10.2.1 Water tank 16 l
When transporting the water tank, close it with the cap (Fig. 179,4).
Filling the water tank with
drinking water:
 Pull the water pump (Fig. 179,2) out of the water tank (Fig. 179,1).
 Release the retaining strap (Fig. 179,3).
 Remove the water tank.
 Clean or disinfect water tank.
 Fill the water tank with drinking water.
Pouring water:
 Open the water taps.
Emptying the water tank:
 Pull the water pump out of the water tank.
 Release the retaining strap.
 Remove the water tank and empty it.
10.2.2 Water tank 22 l with external flap (special equipment)
The water tank is mobile or portable.
When transporting the water tank, close it with the cap (Fig. 180,1).
X When filling the water tank, observe the maximum permissible gross
weight of the vehicle. Luggage must be reduced accordingly when the
water tank is full.
