13.6 Spare wheel support
13.6.1 Spare wheel support in gas bottle compartment
The spare wheel support is fitted in the gas bottle compartment. The spare
wheel (Fig. 227,2) is available for a surcharge.
Removing the spare wheel:
 Undo bolt (Fig. 227,1).
 Remove the spare wheel (Fig. 227,2).
13.6.2 Spare wheel support under the vehicle (special equipment)
The spare wheel support is located under the vehicle near the axle.
Removing the spare wheel:
 Unhook the safety chain (Fig. 228,2).
 Loosen and unscrew the star handle (Fig. 228,1).
 Pull out the spare wheel support (Fig. 228,3) about 10 cm and place it on
the ground.
 Pull out the spare wheel support far enough that you can comfortably
access the spare wheel.
 Unscrew both nuts (Fig. 229,2 and 3).
 Remove the spare wheel (Fig. 229,1) from the spare wheel support.
