Clean exhaust pipes and m uffl er area
Clean muffler spark a rrester
Adjust valve clearance
Replace fuel vent br eather filter
Inspect CVT drive belt
Clean CVT pulleys
Inspect centrifugal levers, rollers, O-rings and slider shoes of drive pulley
Inspect and lubricate drive pulley hub needle bearing
Inspect input and output shaft seals (engine, gearboxand front di fferential)
Tighten cage f asteners
Tighten suspension fasteners
Inspect and clean seat belts retractors and buckles
Verify coolant level and adjust if needed
Lubricate door latches ( Limited models)
Tighten windshield hinge screws (Limited models)
Inspect, clean or replace air filters of the heating/air conditioning system (Limited
models)
Inspect and clean the i nside of the A/C unit. ( Limited models)
Inspect all refrigerant hose c onnecti ons for signs of leaking (oil y residue).
Oily residue indicates a r efrigerant leak and requires f urther invest igation by certifi ed
technician. (Limited models)
EVERY TWO YEAR OR EVERY 6 000 KM (4,000 MI) OR 400 HOURS
(whichever comes first)
EVERY TWO YEAR OR EVERY 3 000 KM (2,000 MI) OR 200 HOURS
(whichever comes first)
Replace front differential oil
Replace gearbox oil
Replace brake fluid (must be performed every 2 years)
Verify cooling system
Test engine coolant strength and level
