MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Install a NE W O-r ing on oil filter cover.
Install the new filter into the cove r.
Apply engine oil on O-ring and grease
on the end of filter.

Pay attention to avoid
pinching the O-ring during filter and
cover installation.
Install the c over on the engine.
Tighte n oil filter cover screws to rec-
ommended spec ification.
TIGHTENING TORQUE

10 N•m ± 1 N•m
(89 lbf•in ±9lbf•in)
Wipe off a ny oi l s pillage on engine.
Radiator
Radiator Inspection and Cleaning

Periodically c hec k the radiator area for
cleanliness .
To access radiator, pull low er part of
front grille and s lide it down.
To install, insert upper tabs first and
push lower part.

Inspect radiator a nd ho se s for leaks or
any damage.
Inspect radiating fins. They m us t be
clean, free of m ud, dirt, leaves a nd a ny
other deposit that would prevent the
radiator to cool properly.
If available, use a garden hose to rinse
the radiating fins.
CAUTION Never clean radiator
with your hands when it is hot. Let
the radiator cool down before clean-
ing.
NO TICE
Be careful not to damage
the radiating fins when cleaning. Do
not use any object/tool that could
damage the fins. When hosing, use
low pressure only. Never use a HIGH
PRESSURE washer.
