CALIFORNIA EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS CONTROL
WARRANTY STATEMENT
YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The California Air Res ources Board is pleased to explain the e vaporative emissions
control system warranty on your 2021 Off-Road Sport Vehicle. In California, new
off-highway recreational vehicles mus t be de signed, bui lt, and equipped to meet
the State’s stringent anti-smog standards. BRP must warrant the evaporative
emission s control system on your Off-Road Sport Vehicle for the periods of time
listed below provided there has been no abuse, neglect, improper maintenance,
or unapproved m odifi cation of your Off-Road Sport Ve hicle.
Your evaporative emissions control system may include parts such as the carbu-
retor or fuel-injec tion system , fuel ta nk, fuel hoses, carbon ca nister, and engine
computer. A lso included may be hoses, belts, connectors and other ev a pora tive
emissions-related assemblies. Where a warrantabl e condi tion exists, Bombardier
Recrea tional Products Inc. will repa ir your Off-Road Sport Vehicle at no cost to
you including diagnosis, p arts and labor.
OHR V MANUFACTURER’S WA RRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty period for this OHRV is 60 months, or 5000 mi les, or 5 00 hou rs,
whichever comes first.

If any evaporative em issions-related pa rt on your Off-Road Sport Vehicle is defec-
tive the part will be repaired or replac ed by Bomba rdier R ec rea tional Prod uc ts Inc.
