As the Off-Road Sport Vehic le owner you are responsible for the performance of
the required maintenance listed in you r owner’s manual. Bomba rdier Recreational
Produc ts Inc . rec ommends that you retain all receipts covering maintena nc e on
your Off-Road Sport Vehi cle, but B om ba rdier Recreational Products Inc. can not
deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for failure to ensure the perfor-
mance of a sche duled m a intenance.
As an owner you are responsible for presenting your Off-Road Sport Ve hicle to a
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. dealer as soon as a probl em exists. The
warranty repairs should be com pleted in a rea sona ble time, not to exceed 30 days.
As an Off-Road Sport Vehicle own er, you should also be a ware that Bom bard ier
Recreational Products Inc . ma y deny you warranty coverage if your Off-Roa d
Sport Vehicle or a pa rt has failed due to a buse, neglect, improper ma intenance or
unapproved modifications.
