13) W inch (If Equipped)
The winch can be actuated inside the
vehicle using the w inch control switch
on the uppe r console.

NOTE: Using t he winch inte ns ively
over a long period of time may dis-
charge the battery.
The following tips will help to reduce
the risk of disch arging the battery:
Always unreel manua ll y: Unlock the
cable using the handle then pull on the
hook strap to unreel.
It is recommended to let the vehicle
run while w inching. Do not s t op vehi-
cle immediately after winching to let
battery recharge.
Also, when win ch ing for more than
30 seconds, it is recom m ended to in-
crease engine RPM in the ran ge of
3000 RPM to i nc rea se charging pow er
to the battery.
NOTE: Make sure vehicle is in NEU-
TRAL (N) before inc reasin g engine
RPM.

Inte nsive use of the winch may cause
the buil t -in circuit breakers to momen-
tarily turn OFF. In such a case, wait a
moment, then continu e winching. the
breakers automatically turn ON once
they cooled down.
14) Cargo Box
The vehicle i s equippe d with a an inclin-
able cargo b ox. The cargo box may be
used for va r ious typ es of cargo.

Cargo Box Separations
Cargo box can be easily separa ted into
smaller storage compartments to pre-
vent ca r go loads from m ixing.
