Engine Coolant Level Verification
WARNING
Check coolant level with engine
cold.
1. Place vehicle on a level surface.
2. Open cargo box.

3. Remove the p ressure cap.
WARNING
In order to avoid potential burns,
do not remove the pressure cap if
theengineishot.
4. Ensure cooling system i s full up to
the Max li ne.

5. Add coolant in sy

sary. Use a funnel to a v oid spillage.
Do not overfill.
6. Properly reinsta ll pressure cap on
cooli ng tank.
7. C lose service co ve r and low er cargo
box.
NOTE: A cooling system that fre-
quently requires addition of co olant
is an i ndica t ion of leak s or engine prob-
lems.

loosen the coolant drain plug if the
engine is hot.
1. Open cargo box.
2. Remove the cooling system pres-
sure cap.
