[Profile]
Select a video profile when [Video Compression Method] is set to [H. 264].
[Bit Rate Control]
Set the video bit rate.
• When [VBR] is selected, the set [Video Quality] is retained and the bit rate varies depending on the video.
• When [MBR] is selected, the set [Video Quality] is retained and the bit rate varies depending on the video. However, only
when the set [Maximum Bit Rate (kbps)] is going to be exceeded, the [Video Quality] adjusts so that it does not exceed
the set value.
• When [CBR] is selected, adjusts the bit rate by changing the [Video Quality], aiming at the set [Target Bit Rate (kbps)].
[Video Quality]
Select the video quality if [Bit Rate Control] is set to [VBR] or [MBR].
The higher the value, the higher the image quality becomes.
[Maximum Bit Rate (kbps)]
Select the maximum bit rate if [Bit Rate Control] is set to [MBR].
[Target Bit Rate (kbps)]
Select the target bit rate if [Bit Rate Control] is set to [CBR].
[I Frame Interval (sec)]
Select the interval (sec) for inserting I frames.
Stream 3, Stream 4
Settings for the quality and video size of the JPEG video delivered from the cameras.
[Video Size]
Select the default video size delivered from the camera when no video size has been specified by the Viewer.
[1920x1080] cannot be set for Stream 4.
[Maximum Transmitted Frame Rate (fps)]
Limit the maximum frame rate per second for transmission to reduce the viewer load. Up to 30 frames per second can be
set.
[Video Quality]
Select the quality of the video delivered from the camera.
The higher the value, the higher the image quality becomes.
Digital PTZ
In addition to stream 1 to 4, it is possible to set another video stream. Use this for capturing and delivering part of the video.
[Video Compression Method]
Select the type of video compression method.
It is possible to select either video CODEC or JPEG set for Stream 1.
[Video Size]
Select a video size.
[Frame Rate (fps)], [Profile], [Bit Rate Control], [Maximum Bit Rate (kbps)], [Target Bit Rate (kbps)],
[I Frame Interval (sec)]
The settings are the same as for Stream 1 and Stream 2.
[Maximum Transmitted Frame Rate (fps)], [Video Quality]
The settings are the same as for Stream 3 and Stream 4.
• When Stream 1 or Stream 2 video is used for memory card recording or uploading, the following restrictions apply to the setting.
– [Bit Rate Control]: Only [MBR] or [CBR]
– [Maximum Bit Rate (kbps)], [Target Bit Rate (kbps)]: [8192] or less
– [I Frame Interval (sec)]: Either [0.5], [1], or [1.5]
