8.2.3. Battery Wakeup Connections
A Stand Alone capable (battery-equipped) microturbine enters sleep mode to conserve battery
power during prolonged periods of inactivity. A 24 V external contact that provides a momentary
pulse can be used to wake up the microturbine from sleep mode. See Figure 57 for an example
battery wakeup connection to the C1000 series controller. Connect the +24 V side of the contact
to TB1-54 and 0 V to TB1-55.

8.2.4. Modbus
Communication with an individual microturbine via Modbus is available at terminal block TB1 in
the C1000 series controller. See Figure 58 for Modbus connections. Refer to the
C1000S/C800S/C600S Technical Reference (Table 1) for details.
