NOTE
3-wire delta utility service connections require a grounding (zig zag) transformer,
as phase-to-ground voltages float and, over time, become unbalanced with
respect to ground which causes microturbine nuisance trips. In addition, the
phase-to-ground voltages reach levels that can break the insulation in the
IGBTs-to-ground and cause equipment failure. Capstone Applications approval
is required for grounding transformer applications.
