Toavoidtheriskofdamageandtoextendtheoveralllife
ofmachinesttedwithatelescopicdipper,observethe
followingprecautions.
Whentheattachmentisusedforcompactingoperations,
thetelescopicdippermustbefullyretractedandlocked.

1.Beforereturningtonormaluse,installthepininwork-
ingposition(1).
2.Whenyouusethehydraulicbreaker,makesurethat
thetelescopicdipperisretractedandthepinisinwork-
ingposition(1).

3.Whenusingatoothedbuckettobreakhardground,
avoidextendingthedipperbeyond60m(1.96ft).
4.Whendigginginwetsoilormudandthebucketneeds
tobecleaned,donotknockthebucketagainstthe
groundwiththedipperextended.
5.Avoidoverloadingtheattachmentbyusingabucket
whichistoobiginharshworkingconditions,asthis
willreducetheusefullifeofthemachine.
6.Donotbottom-outtheswingcylinderwiththedipper
extended.
7.Forsafetyreasons,whenworkingonslopingground,
donotswingtheboomtodumpthebucketcontents
onthesideslopingdown.
NOTICE:Makesurethattherearwindowsareclosed.
Alwayswearyourseatbeltforprotectionintheevent
ofthemachineoverturning.Nevertrytojumpfromthe
machineandalwaysremaininthecab.
8.Whenoperatingwiththedipperfullyextended,ensure
thatthebucketdoesnotreceiveasharpimpactwhich
willcausedistortionofthecylinderrod.
