1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
5.Immobilizethemachinewiththeparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.

7.Cleantheareaaroundthelterhead,locatedinthe
bottomleft-handpartofthemachine.
8.Placeacontainerwithsuitablecapacityunderthelter.
9.Unscrewandremovethecartridge(1)withwrench
380000670.
10.Applyathinlayerofoilonthenewlterseal.
11.Assemblethenewcartridge(1).
12.Manuallyscrewinthecartridgeuntilthesealtouches
thelterhead.
13.Withthewrench
380000670,tightenby3/4ofaturn.
NOTICE:Overtighteningcandamagethelterseal.

14.Checkthattheoillevelreachesthemiddleofthe
gauge(2).Topupifnecessary.
NOTICE:Evenwhenitslevelisinsufcient,asmallquan-
tityofhydraulicoilremainsinthelowerpartofthegauge.
Thisdoesnotmeanthatthelevelissufcient.
15.Lowerandlocktheengineguard.
16.Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloader
attachment.
