1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
5.Immobilizethemachinewiththeparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Removethefrontgrille.
8.Unscrewandremovethexingnutsfromthecon-
denser(1).

9.Lowerthecondenser(1).
10.Ifnecessary,tiltthedryertotheside(2).
11.Disconnectthetwopipescompletewiththerubber
sleevesfromthetopoftheaftercoolerradiator(3).
12.Plugholesandpipesoftheaftercoolersystem.
13.Unscrewthexingscrewandremovetheaftercooler
radiator(3).
14.Cleanthecondenser(1),theaftercoolerradiator(3),
theradiator(4)andtheradiatorbehindtheaftercooler
using:

Compressedairwithapressurelowerthan7bar
(102psi)toremovedrydust
•
Waterjettoremovemud
•
Adetergent-basedsolution,preferablyappliedwith
alow-pressurecleaner,toremoveoilydust

15.Makesurealldirtanddebrishavebeenremovedfrom
betweenthecondenserandthecooler.Thisaction
maintainsefcientheattransferforthecondenser.
16.Reassemblytheaftercooler(3)andrelatedpipings,
restorethedryer(2)inplaceandreassemblethecon-
denser(1)togetherwiththeradiator(4).
17.Reassemblethefrontgrid.
18.Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloader
attachment.
