NOTE: Use of an engine oil pan heater or an engine coolant heater may be
required when operating temperatures are in Winter or Arctic conditions.
NOTE: The use of low viscosity oils, such as 10W-30 can be used to aid in
starting the engine and in providing sufficient oil flow at ambient temperatures
below - 5°C (23°F). The continuous use of low viscosity oils can decrease engine
life due to wear. See the chart above for the correct oil for ambient temperatures.
