Adjustment
1. Park the machine on a level
surface.
2. Lower the loader frame and adjust
the position of the bucket so the
cutting edge is flat on the floor.

3. Apply the parking brake and stop
the engine.
4. Make sure the switch is even with
the edge of the shield. Adjust the
shield and actuator to get 1/8 to 3/
16 inch (3.2 to 5.0 mm) clearance
between the switch and the
actuator. Make sure the actuator is
parallel to the shield so that the 1/8
to 3/16 inch (3.2 to 5.0 mm)
clearance is maintained through
the full stroke of the cylinder.

5. Loosen the cap screws that fasten
the actuator.

6. Move the actuator all the way to the
rear.
